2. What this website collects

This website has no forms, asks for no sign-up and uses no tracking cookies or ad pixels. To know how many people visit the pages, we use anonymous, cookie-free measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics), which does not identify who you are.

3. What we collect when you contact us

• WhatsApp contact: your name, phone number and the messages you send us.
• Video interview: what you share about your search and your story.
• Health and medication questionnaire: information about your health, which the law calls sensitive data. The questionnaire is filled in on Google Forms and is used only to assess, with care, whether taking part in the ritual is safe for you.
• Scheduling and contribution: dates, the city you come from and the details needed to arrange your participation. The contribution can be made through different payment methods, and financial data stays with the institutions that process the payment.

4. What we use it for

We use this data only to reply to you, carry out the safety screening, arrange your participation and support your integration after the ritual. News and our calendar are sent only to people who ask for them, and you can stop receiving them whenever you like.

5. On what legal basis

We handle your data with your consent and to do what you yourself asked when you contacted us. Health data is handled only with your specific consent, given when you fill in the questionnaire.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell or hand over your data to anyone. It stays only with the members of our team who support you and in the tools we use to talk and organize your care: WhatsApp, the video call tool used for the interview, Google Forms (questionnaire) and our internal follow-up spreadsheet.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data while you walk with us, so we can continue your spiritual support. You can ask for it to be deleted at any time, free of charge.

8. Your rights

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018), you can at any time: know what data we hold about you, correct it, ask for it to be deleted, withdraw your consent and ask for a copy of your data. Just write to expansaoinfinita@mahagi.online or message our team on WhatsApp. We reply within 15 days.

What you share with us stays confidential. Only the team that supports you has access, and we take care that this information is not exposed.
